And now the Quadrafire Natural Gas Fireplace insert works wonderful.
Quite a compliment to our living room.

This email is to pass on to you what a good job Kory did in replacing the feed motor. He appeared to really know what needed to be done and how to do it. He stayed around long enough to check his work and to observe re-fire operation. He was all business yet very cordial and polite. Not all young folks are that way. The first time here about two weeks ago I asked him if he would mind taking off his boots due to the hardwood floors which unfortunately scratch easily and he agreed without hesitation. He did the same today without hesitation. Louise certainly appreciated that.
We think you have a great "employee" there; one that will serve you well. You can rest assured that when you're not around he represents you well. Likely due to your past training and guidance.

Hi Carl,
I want to write you a note to let you know just how very satisfied we
were with your son Kory. He did a fabulous job unloading all the
pellets and an incredible job in cleaning our stove. He was very
polite, very professional and thorough in cleaning and making sure our
carpet was just as clean after he left as before he came!!! I was so
worried about our new carpet but Kory was detailed and organized, he
cleaned our stove the best it has ever been cleaned and left our family
room immaculate.... He even left going out our back deck and down the
stairs as not to get anything from his shoes on our rug, he was awesome!
He is a great worker and a great asset to your company!!! You should
